Talent Acquisition Specialist

Carabiner, a fast growing Salesforce partner, is looking for a creative, organized, self starting Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees, preferably in the technology services field. 

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with client delivery managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Internally, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in mentorship and internal initiatives which will shape the future of work within Carabiner.

Work you’ll do

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy 
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job etc 
  • Source and recruit candidates using various methods
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications 
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule 
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated 
  • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices 
  • Provide market and candidate insights to team leadership 
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

What you’ll need

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business, marketing, related field or related experience
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Recruiting: 4-5 years (Preferred) 
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc) 
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong decision-making skills
