Senior Salesforce Consultant

Carabiner Group, a fast growing Salesforce partner, is looking for a creative, experienced technology consultant to join our team. Serving as the day-to-day lead within the firm, a Senior Consultant impacts our customers through becoming a trusted partner in developing value through Salesforce. Internally, you’ll have an outsized impact on the direction of our firm through supporting growth of our team through staff mentorship and technology ideation. 

Work you’ll do

• Serve as the key leadership link between business needs and technology solutions
• Actively configure and/or develop solutions within client’s Salesforce environment
• Problem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues
• Oversee relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
• Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
• Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of deliverables
• Provide technical and functional expertise through leadership and training 
• Grow your impact through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

What you’ll need

Preferred:

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience
• Minimum of two active Salesforce certification

• Strong communication and client management skills
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions
• Confidence leading to requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts
• Ability to effectively design a solution that meets client business needs
• Active participation in system configuration
• Experience delivering solutions centered on Platform, CPQ, Pardot/Marketing, RevOps
• Bachelor’s degree
