RevOps Consultant

Carabiner, a fast growing RevOps as a Service Consultancy and Salesforce partner, is looking for a creative, organized, self starting RevOps Consultant to join our team. You’ll have an outsized impact on the direction of our firm through supporting growth of our team through staff mentorship and technology ideation.

Work you’ll do

  • Own contract administration, including but not limited to monitoring contract dates, owning month end billing schedule 
  • Provide infrastructure for accurate and timely customer forecasting including technology solution to support forecasting in or on top of our CRM
  • Manage monthly and quarterly forecast reports
  • Guide our clients through the complexity of mapping their GTM process to their buyer journey
  • Create and maintain playbooks 
  • Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
  • Implement operating rules of engagement across all teams to ensure cross functional coordination, revenue recognition and alignment of KPIs
  • Own the collection and management of key revenue metrics

What you’ll need

Preferred:

  • 4+ yrs experience supporting revenue operations, sales ops, or marketing ops in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment
  • Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and driven; confident when working independently, but a strong team player
  • Ability to build strong working relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Proficient working with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot as well as typical tech stack players like: Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Churnzero, 6Sense, Dooly, Sonar, Zoominfo etc
