Carabiner, a fast growing Salesforce partner, is looking for a creative, organized, self starting consultant to join our team. An Associate Consultant impacts our customers through supporting sterling customer delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring on-time, on-quality work. Internally, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in mentorship and internal initiatives which will shape the future of work within Carabiner.
Work you’ll do
- Support customers through hands on configuration within Salesforce
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Develop experience over Platform and supporting tools
- Develop experience in Carabiner Group methodology
- Support completion and accuracy of deliverables
- Grow your impact through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
What you’ll need
Preferred:
- Interest in learning how to make an impact through delivery and shaping of technology
- Experience or interest in supporting requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts
- Strong soft skills: interpersonal relationship building, communication, and organization
- Experience contributing to or using Salesforce (or other software)
- Ability to successfully pass Salesforce Admin Certification within first 3 months of employment
- Bachelor’s degree
